This mod has been a long time coming. I would off and on try porting Willem Dafoe over Norman. I can finally say, this is complete enough. The idea was sparked up again by the recent Mr Knight over Mr Negative mod I did. Using a new technique I learned while doing that mod. This mod was tested in key cutscenes, such as:
Should work normally in other scenarios, I don't see why not.
