Jamzay messed up.

The Spider-Man remastered discord modding community felt a little BASED these last couple of days as they all mass reported JamZay's mod and he's been banned from the modding discord. His mod has also been deleted from Nexus Mods.

Here are two images. One is by Jamzay, a considerably well known reshade creator, and the other is from KTB, a not so well known reshade creator. They both made a SM-2 Reshade in the last week, but as you can see there is NO difference between these two screenshots. The one on the right is using Jamzay's reshade, the one on the left is using KTB's one. The one by KTB was made first.  KTB also noticed this, and went to Jamzay's new reshade to ask if its just a misunderstanding or if he actually stole the reshade. Jamzay didnt respond, and BLOCKED KTB from posting on the reshade, alongside deleting KTB's post where KTB asks if he stole the mod.


Edit: I confronted JamZay on discord, and even though it wasnt 100% to talk about him having potentially stolen this mod, it was a large discussion topic. Anytime i asked him about it, he'd deflect it by saying "My mod looks nothing like your mod!" He must either have 1. actually mistaken it for me accusing his mod of being a copy of mine and not a copy of KTB
or 2. lying about it so he wouldnt have to come up with excuses.
He'd also change topics in multiple ways, either by talking about his reshade being better than mine, how mine is too colorful, how cool his one looks etc etc.

edit #2: As of yesterday, arround like 21:50 he deleted all posts on his mod concerning it being stolen.

Edit #3: He has gone up and apologized, but it was a bullshit apology because 1: he said it was a REMADE reshade indicating there's some sort of difference, but as you can see there is not. And two: He said he credited tamerKTB aka KTB  but you still need to have permission from tamer before you can repost his whole reshade and after you have permission THEN you can make the mod and credit him. He still doesnt have permission. He also changed the mod name to included "Inspired by tamerKTB" but i think we're past "inspired" now

Edit #4: He removed his apology from the mod, and i've noticed that he said he credited KTB, but in the credits of his mod it says "Remade reshade by tamerktb" meaning he still hasnt credited him. He gave Tamer the power to change things about the mod so i sincerely hope he deletes it, would feel really good for tamer i bet lmao.  He also added into the description that its a remake of KTB's mod with new colors and lighting, still bullshit because he didnt change jack shit. This is the stage where some might say "Hes just trying to escape all this drama concerning him leave the poor guy alone!!!" but he didnt mention anything about "inspired" or "remade" before everyone started accusing him of it meaning he wouldnt have given any credit to anyone and would not have told the truth about it being a repost if nobody found out. Alongside that, at the first allegation like 3 days ago he said "No its not stolen this is my own mod" and then when he's exposed for fully stealing it now he's saying "inspired".  He doesnt have any consistency in his story.
As my friend BaselAB told me as he watches the Spider-Man remastered discord server every once and a while, JamZay was also begging for people to push the mod and rapid download it. Stealing a mod and then asking people to rapid download your stolen mod is CRAZY

extra juicy info: JamZay has been banned from the Spider-Man Remastered  modding Discord server, or he left im not sure but he said banned in a post asking TamerKTB to forgive him and tell the modding community to add him back. Good riddance.
