Icons are in raw png format so you can easily use with other mods by replacing the icons in common.sarc (cm_L_CharaIcon00) / menu.sarc (mn_L_CharaIcon_00) once you open the timg/___Combined.bntx you can just right click ___Combined.bntx and select Replace Textures from Folder (CTRL + T) and select the icon folder.
