PC port of this game has the best cutscene quality out of all versions of this game, so it would be only natural if the sound quality was good too, unfortunately Rockstar Games doesn't seem to share this opinion, the audio quality in this version's cutscenes is astonishingly bad, especially noticeable in headphones, thankfully the PS2 cutscenes have audio in the uncompressed format, and RAD Video Tools allows you to change the audio track of already existing .bik files without even having to recompress the video part of the file, this mod has uncompressed cutscene audio from the PS2 cutscenes encoded in maximum possible bitrate to minimize quality loss, while leaving the video parts of them exactly the same as they were thanks to RAD Video Tools being able to replace audio without recompressing video, thus finally giving the cutscenes in this version the justice they deserve.
