This editor allows you to edit/change sounds and music in Mafia: Definitive Edition and Mafia 3
It can open almost every PCK and BNK file in the games and replace the sound files inside, it also allows you to edit some of the sound properties, known as the HIRC section.

A message box has appeared saying "ArgumentOutOfRangeException" or "EndOfStreamException", does that mean I can't edit the file?
You don't need to worrry about those errors, you can edit the files as usual, except, you won't be able to edit the HIRC section.

A message box has appeared saying "Detected Unknown HIRC Object!", what does it mean?
This means that the file contains a HIRC object that I have not yet reversed, you can continue editing the file as usual, even the HIRC section.

I have replaced a Wem in a .PCK file, but it doesn't work ingame, what should I do?
Every .PCK file has a .BNK counterpart, if you find a Wem with the same ID in the .BNK file then you have to replace it too, with the same Wem you used for the .PCK file, but with the "Trim Wems" option enabled, without this the game will not play the sound.

Which Wwise version and Wem compression should I use for Mafia: Definitive Edition and Mafia 3?
I recommend using Wwise 2014.1.6 and Vorbis Wem compression.

I have seen similar files in other games, will this editor be able to edit those too?

This editor is made specifically to support the Mafia: Definitive Edition and Mafia 3 games, that said, in most cases the editor will work.

I have tested the editor on these games:
