Turns Tommy into the Joker, one has a lot of red everywhere, the other only has red on the face itself while the rest(neck, chest, ears) is desaturated/greyscale. Only works on the playable character model, does not work for any of the pre rendered videos/movie, so about half of the cutscenes he will have the joker face, the other half will be the normal face.
