There is one vehicle tuned up to level 3 on the train bridge (Shubert Beverly, ...\Mafia 2\pc\sds\cars\shubert_beverly.sds).
Please copy and rename *.sds file if you want to drive another car model.
Please enjoy!
How to play:
This is Free Ride. Go to Main Menu -> Story -> Free Ride -> Select Summer or Winter
How to setup:
Just copy all *.sds files (Select from Many Types).
Please don't forget to backup original *.sds files.
