Changes in comparison to the original "Die Hard Edition":

1. Visually fixed 100 round drum mag for Thompson M1928 (now it looks bigger than the 50 round)
2. Detectives now driving civilian vehicles and acting under deep cover
3. "Empire Bay at War" option. You have to copy the ingame.sds file and before that do not forget to make reserve copies (enhanced skirmishes chances in the 2.3 Update and you don't need to copy the ingame.sds files, only the one the tables.sds file)
4. Taxi passengers now sit in the backseat (keep in mind that detectives also can be taxi passengers)
5. Police officers and SWAT now driving Prison Bus (their behavior was improved in the 2.1 Update)
6. Weapons reloading sounds like in Mafia 2: Definitive Edition
7. A bribe for crashing into a police car now 250$ and for "sorting out" with an officer 500$
8. In Ch. 10 on the hotel roof changed some enemy skins and weapons (this is the hardest part of the whole game now)
9. Changed some enemy weapons in Ch.12
10. You can ride a car as a passenger with a detective without intention of being busted
11. Added new detective models (available in the 2.2 Update)
12. Fixed mobsters behavior in Empire Diner. Now they react to the player's actions (available in the 2.3 Update)

Changes in comparison to the "clean game":

Changes in Chapters 2-5, 8-15:
1. Increased max health of the script enemies in all of them (except 2 enemies in Ch. 5, 3 enemies in Ch. 13, enemies at the construction site in Ch. 14 and some enemies in Ch. 15).
2. Changed some enemy weapons.
3. Replaced some skins (except Ch. 2, 8, 13, the construction site in Ch. 14).

Changes in 4 main missions in Joe's Adventures:
1. "Witness" - increased max health of all the enemies and changed some weapons.
2. "Connection" - increased max health of half of the enemies and changed some weapons.
3. "Supermarket" - increased max health of all the enemies.
4. "Cathouse" - increased max health and changed some skins (except the construction site), changed some weapons.

Changes in the traffic (Story, Joe's Adventures, Friends for Life):
1. Besides the cops, the city also patrolling SWAT and detectives (the latter don't appear on the radar).
2. Replaced Thompson M1A1 on Thompson M1928 (100 round drum mag and vertical grip).
3. Replaced Smith & Wesson M12 on Colt M1911 (8 round mag). The mag capacity of the Colt from Ch. 10 I had reduced to 15 rounds (like real models).
4. Mobsters are not scared of the cops anymore and they armed with Thompson M1928, and some of them wear bulletproof vests.
5. All police officers, gangsters and bartenders have increased max health (except the bartender in Lone Star).
6. Sometimes the police patrolling the streets in armored vans (both winter and summer).
7. Cops can shoot from armored trucks.
8. Real weapons names.
9. Mobsters roaming Hillwood and Greenfield.
10. Increased number of police officers in the city.
11. New armed bartenders in Empire Diner (Remington 870), Hill of Tara (M3 Grease Gun).
12. Bartender in Drag Strip armed with M3 Grease Gun, in Diner (Greek) with Beretta M38, in Empire Diner (Sand Island) with Thompson M1928 (100 round mag).
13. New gun shop owner.
14. Soldiers in winter have combat uniform and armed with Colt M1911.
15. Taxi drivers armed with Colt M1911.
16. Tony Balls in Ch. 9 back in his spruce and pristine suit from JA.

What I wasn't able to change:
1. two weapon icons (for Thompson M1928 100 round drum mag and Colt M1911 on 8 rounds)
2. add more passengers to police vehicles
