    For those who have installed the mod and don't notice any change, and deleting "!TommyHigh" doesn't work either; the same thing happened to me. It turns out that I had selected the wrong destination folder: ?"D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mafia".
    Notice that inside the Mafia folder there is another one with the same name: "\common\Mafia\Mafia". Make sure you have selected that folder when you install the mod. In my case I have the installation on drive D, so the path was "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mafia\Mafia"After reinstalling in that new location it worked perfectly.

    Para los que hayan instalado el mod y no noten ningun cambio, y al borrar "!TommyHigh" tampoco funciona; me pasaba lo mismo. Resulta que había seleccionado mal la carpeta de destino: ?"D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mafia".
    Notar que dentro de la carpeta Mafia hay otra con el mismo nombre: "\common\Mafia\Mafia". Asegúrense de haber seleccionado esa carpeta cuando instalen el mod. En mi caso tengo la instalación en el disco D, entonces la ruta me quedó ?"D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mafia\Mafia"
    Luego de reinstalar en esa nueva ubicación me anduvo perfecto. Tengo el juego en español y el mod no tuvo ningun problema tampoco.

    The installer works fine as long as you give it the right path, but it is insanely laggy even with 6gb of video memory and 16bg of DDR4.
    I'm going to try to find another mod for changing the view distance because this is just unplayable honestly.

    Hello. I did install the mod but my cutscenes are really small. Only on the right side of the screen and small. I did even install the other mod and its still not working. Could you please fix it? thank you.

    I've played 10 hours or so with no mods. Game ran perfectly, until i installed this mod. When you get to Sariele's bar after the quest "Lucky Bastard" and enter the back door, the game crashes. Now i don't know how to uninstall the mod. And i have a pretty beefy PC (4070 ti, R5 7600x and 32gb 6000mhz) So it's not my PC and yes this garbage mod.

      I don't remember honestly, but i think reinstalling the game is the easiest way.

    Okay, so whenever I boot up the game (The mods installed are from your Top 5 mods video) The screen is NEVER fullscreen.
    Tried restarting, borderless gaming, messing with the widescreen fixes inis, messing with compatibility options, messing with settings.
    NOTHING works.
    Please help!

      I'm sure we did something wrong or skipped a step but my lazy ass just downloaded THIS and overrided the existing files. It's now fullscreen but there are occasional shadow flickering still.

    the mod is very great and the game load vary fast, but sometimes i have a great drop of framerate

    I played almost with no problem until after I saved Sam in the "The trip to the country" mission. After cutscene and just before saving the checkpoint the game crashes. Can you help me I could not find any solution online.

    In polish version the game is not viewing letter Ł, it is really ugly.

    Found another "bug" : in the parking lot mission "a great deal", Sam model is the low res/low poly version, even in the initial cutscenes, any way to replace the file to get the high res/high poly one? What I should do?

    I downloaded this mod many years ago and recently found it again and it works great, BUT I have 1 problem when installing the real car facing mod!
    During the first mission's cutscenes, the new textures and the old textures kinda blend together, which looks really weird! Also the model of the taxi looks completely different in cutscenes compared to the regular game! In the regular game, everything looks just fine!
    Can anyone help me to fix this??

      I had the older model of taxi installed with the mod, I think some models file should be renamed and/or deleted from game folders...

    Hello all, game closes to desktop with no error message or warning in the mission 7 "better get used to it" when getting near China Town while driving or even on foot to speak with the character Big Biff, how I can solve this?

      Solved by going to china town via another road, I hope the game will not crash in future missions.
