Re-enables the stacking behaviour of Quick Stride from before the 1.0 release.

A simple mod which just removes the check added in 1.0 which made each casting of Quick Stride remove the effects of any earlier casting.
As such it returns Quick Stride's behaviour to its pre-1.0 state, where the effects of the spell would stack.
As with all of my mods this is a BepInEx plugin. BepInEx installation instructions can be found here: https://docs.bepinex.dev/articles/user_guide/installation/index.html
The mod plugin (.dll) file should be placed in the Lunacid/BepInEx/Plugins folder.
