A collection of save files, including an 100% save file!!!! Achievement save files and an Amon save file. Now including Kaito Files. These are all on legend difficulty but can be used to create a new game plus save of any difficulty.

Here are some save files that includes an 100% complete file, including a bunch of achievements and an Amon fight file. Also includes Kaito Files. I have posted saves like this for the other games as well, I also host these files on steam guides, which you can view here

The saves and what they can be used for are listed below.
Save 1 can be used to get the achievement On The Case.
Save 2 can be used to get the achievement Skill Dabbler.
Save 3 can be used to get TownGo Tourist, just complete something on your list.
Save 4 can be used to get Town Go Freshman for completing 10 school missions, just beat the 3rd opponent in virtua fighter 5.
Save 5 can be used to get Very Observant, as you leave the school go right and find the squirrels under the bridge and grab the item.
Save 6 can be used to get Receiving Signals achievement, finish finding the bugs in the school and then go to the next source of noise and complete that mission to get the achievement.
Save 7 can be used to get the Yagami Pro Skater achievement, just finish all the races and come in first on the last race.
Save 8 can be used to get the Hop, Step, Rabbits achievement, just go to the dance finals and do da dance.
Save 9 is for the Revenge of The Nerds achievement, just go to the MRC and you don't have to do any of the robotics club, so feel glad about that.
Save 10 is for the Skate Or Die achievement, just head to the bee and buy the last skateboard.
Save 11 is for the Born To Ride achievement, you have to finish the last death race, this might be a little tricky but just use the bike already selected and after a few tries you should get it.
Save 12 can be used to unlock Aircelios for the No Blind Spots in Any Direction achievement, go do the side case: A Particularly Hardcore Demo Event
Save 13 can be used to get the Everybody Can Change achievement, this does requite being good at boxing, which can be kinda tough, just do your best!
Save 14 can be used to get the Skill Pro achievement.
Save 15 can be used to get the Private Eye achievement for clearing 30 Side Cases, just go do the substory on the map. Save 15 can also be used to do the final part of the school stories, you will have to do the final photography mission and then it will unlock. This is only for people who want to see all of the cutscenes, if you just want completion/the achievement use save 16
Save 16 is for the High School Drama achievement, just go to the green marker on the map.
Save 17 can be used to get the TownGo Casual achievement, just get to kamurocho and start going round to all the restaurants. You can also get the eavesdropping achievement if you got to near the entrance to the champion district that exits near east shichifuku street.
Save 18 is at the end of chapter 9, just go to your office.
Save 19 is for the TownGo Senior achievement, just buy the final part in the robotics club (the one that you have zero of)
Save 20 is for The Gamer Life achievement, just play Hama of the Dead
Save 21 is for the Suffer Like G Did achievement, just go into Hama of the Dead pick stage 2, throw all your grenades and then shoot the 2 objects in the back and then quit and reload and do it again, should give the achievement to you after a few.
Save 22 is for the Bad Fur Day achievement, just go into the park and go to the marker.
Save 23 is for The Aviator achievement, just finish the last race of the Champion League, select restarts the race if you are having trouble.
Save 24 is at the last dating event for Tsukino, just go on the date for the Irresistible Charm achievement. (requires the DLC)
Save 25 is at the last dating event for Minato, just walk until you get a call and say yes to earn the Such a Flirt achievement. (requires the DLC)
Save 26 is the last dating event for Emily, just go towards the marker at the station, this should earn you the Hopeless Romantic achievement. (Emily doesn't require the DLC I'm not sure if doing this will get you the three girls without the DLC.)
Save 27 is for the Party Star achievement, just finish the long challenge course.
Save 28 is for the An Ounce of Prevention achievement, just buy the multi-top 3 and then you have all the equipment in the game. This save can also be used as a finale save on legendary and to fight Amon, however I'll make a 2nd dedicated Amon save also.
Save 29 is for the All Fair's In Love achievement, just go into the bar and finish the last dating event for Kyoko. (Requires the DLC.)
Save 30 is for one skill away from having all skills for the achievement Skill Master and is right in front of Amon during the finale of the game on legend. You can use this to fight Amon and/or finish the game on legend mode. Beating Amon will net you both the A Man Among Amons and
Elementary, My Dear achievements, if you're having trouble with Amon use some of the extracts in the inventory.
Extra Saves:
These replace the other saves due to there being a 30 save limit, make backups if needed.
Finale Long Battle is for the final long battle on legend
Finale Final Bosses is at the final fights of the game on legend, both of these can be used to obtain The Cycle is Broken and Legendary Detective achievements.
Premium Adventure is in Premium Adventure with most of the game complete.
The 100% save can be used to get the achievements TownGo Whale, Sweet Jams, TownGo Tour Guide and TownGo Master.
First off buy the god speed motor in the drone lab, then travel to Kamurocho, head to Yagami Detective Agency and pick up the last record from the item box and then go inside and play Maze Hunter 3-D, doing all 3 of these should net you these last four achievements.
Kaito Files Saves: (These are listed as saves 101 and so on but go in the same folder as other saves)
Save 1 is near the end of Chapter 1
Save 2 is at the start of Chapter 2
Save 3 is at the end of Chapter 2
Save 4 is at the start of Chapter 3
Save 5 is near the end of Chapter 3
Save 6 is at the start of Chapter 4
Save 7 is at the final boss during chapter 4
Save 8 is in front of the secret boss, with all skills unlocked on legend. Use EX-Heat well and you should beat him easy
Save 9 is after defeating the secret boss and is at the point of no return in chapter 4 before
