About this mod
This is a (very annoying to make) port of the PS5 cutscenes to PC, an upgrade from 1080/60fps to 4K/60fps warning, this mod is 38gb.

This mod is two parts, both are required.

NOTE: As of Patch 1.10, SEGA patched in 60 FPS cutscenes. Those, however, are still 1080p.
When using this mod with 1.10 or newer, delete all folders other than "moviesd" from the mod's folder. This is not necessary when using the one part mirror from Google Drive. We can't update the Nexus mod, because it's too big. You still need the movie file from the hotfix (included in Google Drive version).

Porters notes:
PS5 USMs are in VP9/HCA format, with a REALLY awful 5.1 surround sound layout, that's completely incorrect.(PS5 Cutscenes are also in 4K/60FPS, vs 1080p/60 which shipped on Steam)

WHY THE FUCK DID YOU DO THIS RGG, WHY DIDN'T YOU BAKE VP9 SUPPORT INTO
THE PC PORT??? PLEASE FIX THIS SERIOUSLY. THE CUTSCENES ARE SMALLER ON
PS5 DESPITE BEING HIGHER QUALITY.
Note 2:
you added 60 FPS cutscenes, but still didn't bother adding VP9 support. The PS5 4K60 opening is 150mb smaller than the PC 1080p 60 fps opening...
