This is barely even a mod, it just gives you easy access to the phone background .dds file.
I figured I would upload it, maybe someone wants to personalise their game a little.
It should support all languages, just rename the ui.coyote.en folder to the language you are using.
(If you are not playing in English, go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Lost Judgment\runtime\media\data and scroll all the way to the bottom to find out the name of your ui.coyote file and then rename the one in the mod folder to the one in your data folder)
For example if you are playing in Japanese: ui.coyote.en --> ui.coyote.ja
Don't forget to use SRMM
