Its only a engine.ini file that I tweaked so the game now is running without crashing on my gpu.

I have a R9 390 8GB and it seems some old gpus were having problem due to dx12 or something like that, so I tweaked the engine.ini file and now I can even load the game and play.
The path for engine.ini is C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\LOTF2\Saved\Config\Windows
I recommend installing the dxvk and vk3d:
https://github.com/lutris/dxvk/releases --- dxgi.dll
https://github.com/HansKristian-Work/vkd3d-proton/releases ---- both d3d12.dll and d3d12core.dll
copy and paste the dlls to LOTF2\binaries\Win64\D3D12
Also its good to make a backup of the dll in there.
