Install to the following path by dragging the folder from inside the .zip into BaseMods. [Install Directory]\LobotomyCorp\LobotomyCorp_Data\BaseMods If you've done it correctly, you'll end up with a file path of [Install Directory]\LobotomyCorp\LobotomyCorp_Data\BaseMods\abcdcode_AgentCTRL_MOD
Use Ctrl + F2~F12 to save a selection of employees. Hit the corresponding function button (F2~F12) to re-select them later.
