Unzip the 7zip file

Take the "Darryl Kurylo Karaoke" and place it in the MOD folder inside LAD:G. It should be something like 
\LikeADragonGaiden\runtime\media\mods\Darryl Kurylo Karaoke

Use RMM to load and best to have it at the very end of the list of your mods.

Start game and make SURE that audio language is set to English or else it will not work.
