Put the .pak in Life is Strange 2\LIS2\Content\PaksOnly the main camera has changed to first person, the other ones remains in third.If you reach a point where the first person view avoid you from progress, remove the mod, pass that part, then put the mod back.If there's any serious bug, let me know, so I might fix it.I only tested it on episode 1, not sure if it's working properly in the other episodes and I have no time to test.
