Disables Chromatic Aberration, Depth of Field, Motion Blur, Film Grain, and Vignetting and decreases the TAA blur about as much as possible without causing too much shimmer. If you look REAL close at certain things, you'll still notice a bit of shimmer but it's kept to a minimum.
