I'm not 100% certain if launching the game will just give you everything, however, the save file is ready right before the next cycle, all bosses defeated, 3 sets of boss souls (2 for nameless puppet), all endings done, 9999 of almost every item, every collectible, 100 on all stats, maxed out P-organ (phase 7) and a +10 of every weapon, etc etc.
I'm only posting this because I struggled to find an exact save file like this one at ng+2 for my own completion's sake. The golden lie weapon has not been collected but is available on the painting. Hope this helps!
To apply the save just drag and drop the files in the directory (Steam\steamapps\common\Lies of P\LiesofP\Saved\SaveGames\"Folder with numbers")
