this mod was made with lore I made up on the spot
about Salvador breaking out of his book and burning up the library as an act of vengeance
gaining power and an ally along the way though exhausting him in the process
big thanks to twig5 on the discord for balance suggestions
this fight unlocks sometime before star of the city but should not be able to be beaten till then
and is found back in a new dawn office story

also I'm looking for someone to draw GKS for me since I suck at art
