   This mod works only with basemod installed. Sorry but i can't create this mod for other variation of usage.
   It is written in requerments.

   Yea my passives cost is also stuck to 0/0. Cant add any passives for some reason.
   
   I see ppl experiencing the same problem, any idea what might be the cause? I've tried looking around and haven't found anything...
   
   EDIT: Never mind lol, passive transfer is unlocked after reaching urban plague level..

    Did i done something wrong?
    "Cost" of the pasives is stuck on 0 and i cannot add new pasives or edit old ones :/
    Nvm, found a way to fix it. Good mod
