The reception of the Arbitrator of The Past, an agent at L.Corp in an AU. After a tragic event resulting in his friends and his own death. He finds himself in the streets of the City..
Includes new, Keypage and Cards, and Emotion Pages For Boss Fight.

The Arbitrator of The Past suddenly finds himself in the City. Not long after an invitation to the Library comes his way.
The promised books for his victory being the one of Lobotomy Corp, and His superior of his department, The Red Mist.
With these two books he will be able to clear his name and rectify the past.
If only he knew where he truly was.
This boss fight and key page are designed to be around Red Mist in power. (Without taking into account her EGO Form) As well as being viable into late game.
To fight this reception you need the Book of LobotomyCorp, and the Book of Red Mist.
The Arbitrator during his past experiences has steadily gained mental corruption. He now fights with a unique mechanic similar to Charge.
By stacking Misdeeds on himself or his enemies, he can use up stacks of it to deal more damage or grant himself buffs. His instability has
also given him access to Emotion Pages while in the Library.
