Adds Joker's mechanical Chattering Teeth to the game as its own playable character.

LEGO Batman just got a lot more.......toothy.
While this character was made to be my April Fools' release, it is a fully functioning animated character, complete with sound effects. It plays similarly to Penguin's small robotic goon character, though instead of projectiles, it attacks through biting.
