An improved design and a gameplay fix- Joker's more dapper than ever before.

Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all waited for...................the V2 release of Joker (Suit). Surely, this is the mod you've all been excited for above all others...........right?
In all seriousness, the original Joker (Suit) wasn't a great mod. The torso texture sucked, the hair was out of place for the design and the mesh had noticeable issues, and his zap attack didn't make the character's skeleton appear like it should.
This version comes with the following adjustments:
New design, adhering to the classic style. The hair and face have been changed both for style consistency and also to add a hint of messiness to Joker's otherwise put-together appearance, making the design a bit more unqiue and befitting of the Clown Prince of Crime. The torso texture has also been improved significantly to both fit better with LB1 and have more design sense.
A renamed icon file so that the character's zap move will work properly, making the targeted character's skeleton flash like the other Joker variants do.
A very simplified .txt file so that the character is built like a proper Joker variant.
