Lyle Bolton was a former Arkham Asylum security guard who specialized in incarceration and high tech security systems. After being fired for using brutal methods to keep the Asylum's patients in line, he would take up the vigilante identity Lock-Up and target anyone whom he saw fit to incarcerate in his own makeshift prisons, including those who had terminated his employment. This put him at odds with both Batman's villains and the Dark Knight himself, making him a recurring enemy of Batman and Robin after the character made the jump to comics.
This mod sports a unique playstyle with a careful selection of animations taken from multiple LEGO videogames to make Lock-Up truly feel accurate to his cartoon and comics counterpart. He is a heavyweight bruiser-style character good for clearing out large rooms of enemies, and he possesses the ability to use techno panels and security doors due to his experience building security systems and working as a guard. He also is able to make use of his exceptional strength to lift heavy LEGO objects.
