Adds a variant of Scarecrow based on his Batman: The Animated Series design as an additional character!

In the DS version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame, extra versions of a few villains like Killer Moth (Alternate) and Poison Ivy (Alternate) can be unlocked, sporting designs inspired by animated versions of the characters. Carrying on with the same naming convention, this mod adds The Scarecrow (Alternate) to the roster, based heavily off his design in Batman: The Animated Series.
