The brilliant but twisted psychologist with a strange (pun intended) obsession with Batman, Dr. Hugo Strange was a playable character in the Nintendo DS Version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame- but never made it to the console or PC versions! This mod adds him to the game with a design accurate to his DS appearance, allowing you to play as the sinister scientist!
