This is just a Cut/Paste with with the description edited from my mod on GameBanana.
Tested and Working on Game Version 1.1.2.
Please let me know about issues by using the bugs tab. Install the All-In-One package to get all main effects, or pick and choose from the Selectable Modules download. View the readme in either download for further instructions.

Battery Upgrades: (OPTIONS MODULE) (Debuts in 3.2)
-Removed goodbye dialogues.
-Machine animation plays in background while getting the upgrade (or not at all).
Options:
~(Default) The pressing machine animation plays
~The pressing animation does not play at all
Both options take the same amount of time.

Shops:
-Cut out the "thank you" dialogues for after purchasing/selling items
-Cut out goodbyes when leaving shops.
--Minor caveat-- Certain purchases from display shops have the rupee sound/display cut off while showing the subtraction.

Great Fairies:
-All upgrade animations are now auto-skipped.
-Significant trimming of filler dialogue.

Addison (Sign Builder): (OPTIONS MODULE)
-Cut out a bunch of dialogue in all versions.
--Options:
~(Default) Reward is default of 3 items, all are given consecutively with no dialogue in between.
~Reward is one Purple Rupee ($50)
~Reward is one Silver Rupee ($100)

Shrines:
-Activation of the Crystal/Empty Shrines is streamlined, as well as the joining of them together.
-The initial opening/activation of shrines is now practically instant and you can walk in almost immediately.
-The short walk forward when entering a shrine is cut.
-When activating the switch at the end, the box opens and you receive the Light Of Blessing immediately. After accepting, there is a smooth fade-out to the loading screen.

Hestu: (OPTIONS MODULE)
-Cut out a bunch of repetitive dialogue.
--Options:
~(Default) Dance is completely cut.
~Dance plays like normal and can still be skipped if wanted.

Teleporting:
-Shortened cut-scene for teleporting out & in considerably.
-Credit to noooky for figuring out how to fix the crashing issue with resolution mods!

Skyview Cannon Towers: (OPTIONS MODULE)
-Fires you up right away.
-I left the initial activation and map opening of towers alone.
Options:
~(Default) Opens paraglider at the peak.
~Starts skydiving at the peak of the launch

Traveler-Disguised Yiga Assassins:
-When initiating conversation with an assassin they instantly reveal themselves and attack.
-Defaults to normal conversations when Link is wearing the Yiga disguise.

Lightroots:
-Get a bright flash and it's done.

Get Item UI: NOT INCLUDED IN ALL-IN-ONE
~~This module will cause game-breaking softlocks when initially getting any of the powers that go in the Ability Wheel, so only install it if you have COMPLETELY filled out the Ability Wheel.
-The Item UI that pops up when opening chests/getting korok seeds/etc. can be dismissed immediately.

Chests:

-Chest opens immediately (no kick/kneel animation).
-Combined with the Item UI tweak opening chests is much faster.

Koroks: Let there beYahaha!
-After solving their puzzle they will appear and Yahaha dialogue still happens with the sound. The dialogue box doesn't wait for input so the Get-Item UI for the Seed happens at pretty much the same time.
-The lost Koroks do their one-line Introduction, then point you to the smoke signal at the target location. When reunited, you receive their seeds and the fade-out/in occurs.

Stables:
-I removed as much of the dialogue as I could while trying to keep the interaction seamless and normal feeling, just much faster.
-A bunch of repetitive dialogue for the Inn function has also been cut.
-When activating the empty picture frames, the Stable Master will teleport in to the correct position so you don't have to wait for him to slowly meander over. If you purposely focus the camera in his direction you will see the teleport, but under normal circumstances you'd be looking in the direction of the frame when you activate it so I don't see this as an issue (though I may still try to improve it).

Dragon Tears:
This one is my personal preference, it won't be included in the All-In-One.
When I played through the game I wanted to watch all of the memories in the proper order, so any time I collected a memory I always just waited for the pre-render to start and forced skip. I made this so skipping wouldn't be necessary.
-When activating the first Dragon Tear (Just North of New Serene Stable), the cut-scene plays like normal.
-When activating all other dragon tears, you get a bright flash and no pre-rendered cut-scene will be played. You'll still get the pop-up mentioning the addition to the Memories Menu.

Satori: (OPTIONS MODULE)
-There are two options for this one, both light the cave beacons.
--Options:
~(Default) Shortened+FadeOuts&Ins: *fade out* Satori spawns *fade in*, beacons are lit, *fade out* Satori de-spawns, *fade in* control is given
back to the player. **
~Instant: After triggering the event there's a short pause, then control is given back to the player.

Pelison: (Item Separator)
I couldn't make this very clean without removing his stupid confirmation dialogue, so I've removed the 20 Rupee cost of separating things.
-You'll only get the introduction if you have never talked to him before, after that it goes straight in to item selection.
-Doesn't say anything when you select an item anymore, he breaks it apart right away.

Sayge: (Dye Shop):
-Cut unneeded bits of dialogue.
-Dying/bleaching clothes is just a fade out/in now.

-Changing the glider cloth is quicker than before but not nearly as fast as clothing.
Toyed around with this for a while and a lot of misc. changes I tried just broke the chimney scene completely, so this is what I settled on. Try the scene out but if it is too undesirable to you, removing the "Dm_SY_0034.101.bfevfl.zs" file will leave the rest of the mod intact.

Beedle:
-No longer cares about beetles in your inventory (not for everyone, but I like it :P)
-Cut out a small amount of misc. useless dialogue.

Zonai Dispensers:
-Items get tossed in and devices come out.

Home Stable:
-Horse selection menu pops up right away when one is not present.
-Taking the horse back out is a single button press now.

Cooking:
-Instantaneous.
-Alternate version by
that keeps the animations can be grabbed here on GameBanana.

Statues: (Heart/Stamina/Sage Upgrades)
-The camera no longer slowly focuses on the statue when activating, instead it just freezes in place.
-After selecting an upgrade, the heart/stamina items still drop down but without the slow cinematic view.

Bloodmoon:
-After you’ve seen your first Bloodmoon, every one that follows will only blank the screen for a moment. It feels more like a hiccup than an interruption.
