This mod changes the requirements of Upgrades done through Sage's Will to only require 1 instead of 4. Due to the nature of TOTK Mod Editing As-Is, This Conflicts With My Light of Blessing Mod. I've Added In 1 Light of Blessing Requirement For This Also!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This mod has been tested and is confirmed to work on Ryujinx, Yuzu, and Nintendo Switch (requires Atmosphère 1.5.4 pre-release build) with GAME VERSION 1.0.0/1.1.0/1.1.1.

Installation Instructions:
Ryujinx:
Right-Click Your Game And Select "Open Atmosphere Mod Directory." Place The romfs Folder There.
Nintendo Switch (READ NOTICE):
Place The romfs Folder In atmosphere\contents\0100F2C0115B6000\
Yuzu:
Place The romfs Folder In C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\yuzu\sdmc\atmosphere\contents\0100F2C0115B6000BUG REPORTING:
