Entering ‘Arena’ in Oasis Level starts with getting the Rapier Sword, after that obtaining the 3 round keys necessary to unlock Arena is pretty easy.
 
However, half way through “Arena” you come up against a locked Stone Door, a skull key is needed to unlock it, the skull key you need (From Version J) is in the Pantry Room in the castle (unlocked using a Gold Key) so you may already have it on entering the Arena, if not go back for it (in Version J or after)  .  Included in the Arena is a SCI FI looking firearm (Firearms 3) so stock up on bullets as you move through the levels .  On coming out of the other side of the Arena (Version J or after) if you make it through, you emerge onto the other side of the Oasis Beach, this conceals a Gem operated portcullis hallway. Four gems are needed to get through the hallway – 2 x red, 1 x green, 1 x blue so collect up all 4 gems to get the portcullises rising!

to begin the Spiral Dungeon you need 1 Round Key
to finish the Dungeon you need FOUR hub keys and 2 Skull keys
Get the hub keys from MINE WEST, you kill the Lava Ogre in the central mine and using the 2nd Mine key you open up the Mine South exit, travel out of the exit to the Beach
Then return to the Mine, Mine West is now open and contains 3 Hub Keys - use one of these in Castle East on the wooden ledge, this gives you access to an abandoned part of the castle where you find 2 skull keys
Getting to Castle East is done from the part of the Castle where you enter from the Gardens North, you must defeat the 2 Wyverns then return back to the Castle East later on, you then find that the Wyverns Perches are fully open at the back, you chuck an item onto their perch, this activates magic bridges to allow you into the Castle West
Explore Castle West and defeat the infantry and observe carefully when the Four massive gates to Castle Central open. if you return again later and find them closed, they will again open for you given the right circumstances, be patient
Look out for secret buttons in the Spiral Dungeon - there are secret buttons near to the Spiders Eggs and more along the Northern wall at the extreme West and Eastern edges
just after the second gates that need Hub Keys, look out for secret buttons on the West wall

SPIRAL DUNGEON LEVEL IS AVAILABLE WHEN YOUR TEAM FIND “A ROUND KEY” 
 
To enter “the spiral” from “the swamp” you need 1 Round Key.
 
To get a Round Key you need to first conquer “the mine”.
 
“The mine” is accessed from a trapdoor in “tomb level (Cursed)”   GET THE MINE KEY FROM  DUNGEON SW, (after Castle Central, Gear Key mission)     GET ANOTHER MINE KEY FROM DUNGEON NE (after using Skull Key)  
 
You fall onto a walkway from the tomb trapdoor – if you can, straight away jump on top of the Lava Ogre, if he walks next to the walkway don’t miss the opportunity to jump on top of him. Eliminate him or he will follow you around and just be a general pain in the neck.  If you fail to jump on him from the walkway then apply this next strategy. Lure him to pressure pads next to the mine workings. As he walks over the pressure pad he falls into the mine workings, act fast! Jump on top of him while he is in the mine workings!
 
Having got rid of him, an outer door to a nearby mine office opens, leaving 1 inner door locked. If you have the second mine key you can now score big time in a super duper weapon stash. There is a ‘Light weapons 3’ sword  to be had here plus several other great items. But the HUGE SECRET of this little bonus chamber, is not only the ‘Light weapons 3’ sword  to be had, but ALSO as you exit up those stairs, a secret door opens in the mine! Immediately return to the Mine via the stairs! Find the secret door and enter “the Mine West” there are 3 alcoves here, each one contains a hub key! Pick up the 3 hub keys and exit as fast as possible! 
 
If you cannot do that for now e.g. team overwhelmed – short of supplies, the minimum objectives here  is to locate the “easy exit” from the Mine. This is on the opposite side to the mine workings and “locked” by two wooden doors. You can reach through the first door to place an item in between the two doors. This action opens both doors but BEWARE. There are now a good half a dozen stone sentinels guarding a trapdoor down to the CEMETARY. You can avoid them and just exit from the Mine via the East stairs.
 
However if you can fight the sentinels, then note that The trapdoor remains locked while these Sentinels guard it. Eliminate them and the trap door opens.  CAUTION the Sentinels are tough but can with persistence be despatched. Once they’re gone, you can safely drop down the trapdoor to the CEMETARY which is DANGEROUS!  In the centre of the Cemetary are 3 altar tables, these contain bombs /items for your use. You will certainly need them to challenge the “3 undead” who are on the prowl in the CEMETARY.  Take out at least 1 of them and see if the Teleporter activates. If not you will have to take out a second Undead, decide whether your crew can remove the third, if they can, then the centre altar  tables are yours! If not just get to the teleporter and leave!
 
The teleporter transports you back to an elevated section of the Dungeon. Two alcoves are visible. To access the second, take an item from the 1st alcove – then put it back, the 2nd alcove is then accessable. Here you find “the Round key” which will unlock the outer gate of “the spiral” 
 
Return to “the swamp.” Route to Swamp from Dungeon is  head back to THE BEACH.  Drop down from the beach trapdoor that was unlocked with an ornate key! Travel past the Blue Stones and where you used the 1st Iron Key. Drop into the water channel and find the ladder to the Dungeon North that has a rock tunnel exit to “The Swamp” 
 
“The Spiral” contains 2 secret bomb stashes, make sure you locate them both. Each one is opposite a spider eggs location. The first  is seen not far from the spiral entrance, so look out for Spider Eggs, the first is in a dead end passageway where there has been a rockfall, opposite this you see a secret button which opens a bomb stash.
 
Moving on past that you come to an easy stairs exit back to THE BEACH, after that you see  3 locked portcullis gates. This section is a full battle so have bombs ready and know how ‘the killing zone’ works!  The corridor behind the portcullis gates is within range of a ‘killing zone,’ activate it by pressing the secret button by the 3 gates. This opens the controls to the killing zone which need to be repeatedly pressed.  If your team are overwhelmed, then remember to exit back to the Beach via the nearby exit stairs and tend to your crew, heading to Blue Stones if necessary. Remember you now have an easy stairs route from ‘The Beach’ to ‘The spiral’ anytime! 
 
If you can progress past the 3 portcullis gates to the other end of the corridor, you will find similar secret controls to a second “killing zone” 
 
The second ‘killing zone’ fires large poison clouds across the passageway. Finish off the army of Ratlings before unlocking the Ugguradians in the next section. (You need two of the Hub Keys from Mine West) and If you have 3 frost bombs, this will be a piece of cake. If not, try using the poison clouds to take down the Ugguradians, they are susceptible to the clouds. Once you have killed them you have got through a massive part of “The Spiral” congratulations!

SETTING
Your crew have washed up on a desolate island, in the distance you can see a huge building but is it inhabited? There are no signs of life! Nothing moves!  Are there people on this island? 
IMMEDIATE SCENE
 
Your crew explore the immediate beach that they find themselves on and find nothing!  One of your crew then see an opening in the rock wall towards the back of the beach, there are submerged stairs there going down into an underwater room!  It looks pretty dangerous and dark! What should the crew do? Go down there? 
GOOD TO KNOW
The one thing to bear in mind in this dungeon is that team members will drown. The first dungeon is water driven, you will arrive in a situation where only 1 or 2 members are still alive. Don’t panic, you should have or soon find a Resurrection Potion or two, these are just around the corner, keep moving on, you will survive! 
DECISION TIME    
 
The first decision is which torch to grab? One is labelled “Blessed” the other “Cursed” so which goes first? Each torch is a great benefit to your team but once removed from the wall, opens a nearby trapdoor in the underwater dungeon.    As always, save the game regularly. 
 
SECRET CASTLE
If you see a big old castle in the distance and many soldiers to fight, zip around the soldiers! They are well spaced out! There is a mudroot herb on the ground in front of the castle, position yourself on that herb and keep moving forward, you enter the Castle!!   PUZZLE AREA on top level. When you have opened the two doors STOP WHERE YOU ARE, look down!  You see a pressure pad below each door. Drop any item down from where you are onto each pressure pad, this unlocks a stash room! If you can’t solve this puzzle then come back later, you can still solve it at a later stage. 
FOOD
If you start running low on food it is always worth returning to the launch beach. There’s no guarantee there will be any food there, but worth a look! 
QUICK GUIDE
A..  Exit the beach to the undeground stairs
B.. From water channel Ascend first ladder straight ahead, find a dart.
C..  Look for secret button, move onto magic bridge - find a dart.
D..  Return to water, continue exploring, ascend second ladder, explore, check wall signs, one says "Blessed" take that torch from the wall and return to the water, explore and find nearby opened trapdoor, descend.
E..  Explore TOMB, find sandals, take them, now put them back on the alcove, a secret door opens, keep walking ahead now several paces, enter TOMB BASE.
F..  In the BASE take as many torches as you like, ascend to upper ledge, take the second torch along, this unlocks nearby gates.
G..  Move past the gates, leave the Tomb by the stairs to The Forest .
H..  In the Forest find the Treasure Chest which contains 1 Ornate Key. There is another Ornate Key in the Forest somewhere but you only need 1 at the moment.
I..  Careful, one exit from the forest leads to a heavy Castle mission that your team are not ready for yet! Save the game and then see what's happening in there, but there's a much easier exit from the forest back to the Dungeon!
J..  Find the exit frpm the Forest back to the Dungeon, pick up the blowpipe, you can use this to fire the darts that you have collected, SAVE THE GAME, figure out where you are in relation to the stairs back to the beach
K..  Now enter the water and head back to the BEACH, find the Mortar (there are two on the Beach, both slightly submerged in water) 
L ..  Back on the beach open the 2 portcullises and find the trapdoor marked with an Ornate Lock - descend the trapdoor, using the Mortar create "Healing Potions" for your crew if they are injured
M..  On the ledge note that there are two Ornate Locks, these energise a pathway to the Healing Crystals directly ahead. Jump into the water and find the two Ornate Keys but HURRY!
N..  As fast as you can move through the water channel back to the same ladder that you used at D...   It's a fair distance back to the ladder so team members could actually drown, REMEMBER the healing crystals are virtually within your grasp now, you have 2 Ornate Keys, these will energise the Healing Crystals pathway, so even if you have 1 team member left, you can simply go to the Healing Crystals now and get the team restored!
O..  Back on the "Blessed" / "Cursed"  dungeon platform you have a choice, go for the next mission, or return to the beach and drop down the Ornate Trapdoor again, NOTE do not attempt the "Cursed" mission without a full crew!
P... Return to the beach, drop down the Ornate Trapdoor from the beach, land on the dungeon ledge, insert both Ornate Keys, walk along the new pathway and restore your crew at the Healing Crystals!
Q...  A second pathway is also visible but an IRON LOCK, blocks your way. Get the Iron Key from the "Cursed Mission" return to the ladder at D...   remove the torch marked "Cursed" this unlocks a second trapdoor that leads to a heavy mummy battle, your team should now be up to winning this short fight but there are about 10 Mummies
R....  you then see a locked trapdoor with the sign "MINE" and further on two Tomb Locks either side of a stairs down, come back here with two tomb keys later but for now go down the stairs and find the IRON KEY guarded by 3 Archers
S... return to the beach with the Iron Key, drop down from the Ornate Trapdoor in the ocean waves and use the Iron Key by the Healing Crystals
T ...  throw an item onto the opposite pressure plate, it triggers a magic bridge enabling 3 Archers to come across and fight your team, simply make sure the bridge is initiated the jump in the canal moving to the right, the pressure plate actaully unlocked a nearby portculis in the canal giving you access to a SWAMP
U... The swamp mission is a whole lot of fun but be careful. Lead the Skeleton Commander and his gruesome mates through some ruins and keep moving North, you see the Skeleton Commander carrying 2 swords? You are after getting those swords! so keep an eye on where that Commander gets taken out!
V...   Grab the 2 swords where he cops it and then find the 2 Tomb Keys in the Northern section of the Swamp  -   return to THE TOMB and insert the two tomb keys as at R....
W...   after inserting the two tomb keys this energises a magic bridge to the South Eastern quarter of the Dungeon. On arriving there you see a ladder to a high trestle bridge and signs "only the defeat of the crowern army will unlock the garden realm"
X....   at the end of the Trestle Bridge is a wooden entry door to the "Garden Realm"    which lands you in a garden alright, it's the grounds to the castle!   zip around the soldiers! They are well spaced out! There is a mudroot herb on the ground in front of the castle, position yourself on that herb and keep moving forward, you enter the Castle!!   PUZZLE AREA on top level. When you have opened the two doors STOP WHERE YOU ARE, look down!  You see a pressure pad below each door. Drop any item down from where you are onto each pressure pad, this unlocks a stash room! Y....   Note the two Wyverns positioned behind gratings, this is  a key loot area of the game. Remove items from 2 round pressure plates to entice these Wyverns out, after grabbing slices of crystal from their cells COME BACK AGAIN LATER to finish the puzzle!
Z...   note the GOLD LOCK on the larder store then leave the Castle back into the Tomb - ascend upper ledge where you removed the 2nd torch at F...  Clear the ledge of mummies and note GEAR LOCK by sleep darts, move into Mummies Guard Dogs Barracks and find the ladder, secret button opposite allows access to Light Armour stash. Ascend ladder and find GOLD KEY

Q    where is the extra Ornate key in the Forest?   A   it's on the path that leads to the Castle but go in the dark, then you can see it shining! 
Q I am in the castle. I have gone through 4 massive castle gates but on the other side of the hall is 1 locked castle gate, it won't open!!   A   Return to the Tomb where you used the Gear Key, now complete TOMB SOUTH mission, this leads to the part of the Castle you're looking for
