This is an Open Source and totally free Controller mapper. You can download it from github.com. See the link below. Pick always the newest Release.

Run the portable program with administrator rights or the controller will not work in-game. In the Download section you can get the profile specific for the game.
Left Joystick = 'W,A,S,D' (Character Movement)
Right Joystick = 'Mouse' (Camera Control)
D-Pad UP = 'UP' (Menu navigation)
D-Pad Left = 'Left' (Menu navigation)
D-Pad Down = 'Down' (Menu navigation)
D-Pad Right = 'Right' (Menu navigation)
Back Button = 'ESC' (Cancel/ESC Menu)
Start Button = 'Enter' (Menu enter)
X Button = 'Z' (Dark Power use)
Y Button = 'Space' (Jump)
B Button = 'Q' (Chest loot/Blood sucking or Grab attack)
A Button = 'E' (Interaction with Door/Items or Light attack)
R Shoulder = none
L Shoulder = 'C' (Defense)
L Trigger = 'CTRL' (Dark Power Quick Menu)
R Trigger = 'Shift' (Fight Mode and Enemy focus)
