Rochelle's face texture from The Aftermath modified to be used on it's own.

- Hair color is the same as default.
- Tweaked skintone to match the default one.
Some of you might remember my first version of this (i even got some requests to reupload it), that one didn't modify the skin and hair colors, it instead included a body texture with darker skin to match them. While it looked nice, because it preserved the original look from The Aftermath, it wasn't really compatible with other mods (such as outfit changes) because of the difference in skintone.
That's why this time i decided to instead modify the colors to match Rochelle's default ones, and ensure better compatibility with other mods.
TLDR: The colors aren't the same as the Aftermath face texture, because it otherwise wouldn't match the default body.
