Some manually verified files
I am working on a full script suite that will provide many options, but it takes time to develop. In the meantime, the available .bat files can still be added to your tool belt. If you have a specific functionality that you need regarding file management post a comment. I may already have the feature ready just not yet posted.
TSLPatcher to HoloPatcher
Very useful script files. You can delete all TSLPatcher.exe in your mod directory then copy HoloPatcher.exe to any folder with tslpatchdata in it. Unfortunately, I did not write the script yet to be able to delete TSLPatcher.exe if it is uniquely named by the mod releaser. You can still copy HoloPatcher.exe and over time just manually delete TSLPatcher.exe (alternatively named). You can also revert back to TSLPatcher with the use of the other script files included. There is an additional script to delete folders labeled backup, uninstall, and installlog.txt/.rtf to free up space when you no longer want them in your mod directory. You will need to download HoloPatcher.exe linked below to use it in place of TSLPatcher. HoloPatcher is backwards compatible with TSLPatcher, faster, creates a backup, and uninstall.

DeleDup .dds .tga .tpc: displays the selected file type if it has duplicates in other formats and asks for confirmation to delete
PreserveDup: preserves the selected format and deletes the other formats. Select .tga display .dds & .tpc delete .dds & .tpc
DeleDup .tpc .txi: Delete .txi files if there is a .tpc file with the same name
Be mindful of the present. Please be careful with these scripts because it is easy to accidentally delete your files if you run it in the wrong location or path. That said, the scripts are only written to delete .dds .tga .tpc .txi installlog.txt installlog.rtf files and folders labeled backup or uninstall. They cannot delete all your data by any means, but it can delete the listed mod file types with ease. The script will ask for confirmation and pause at the end allowing you to read what files were deleted. You can always backup your files first to test the script to ensure you are comfortable using it properly.
