      I know I am 3 months late but for anyone else that has the same question just run the executable file TSLPatcher, select where your installed game is and voilá

   I'm so happy someone made this mod! Many moons ago, I made mods (before the holy DLG editor - with the generic data editor!) for Carth and later Atton to romance MRevan and MExile. Sadly, they are lost to time. Also, I don't currently have Windows installed, and I can't recreate them :((( I thought KoTOR in its properly modded glory would be lost forever.
   
   But then you made this mod. Thanks! I'll tell you how it goes! (If I can get KoTOR working in wine, that is. It's supposed to work fine.)
