This mod provides to you, My personal Reshade preset for Kotor 1, Which gives the game a whole new look, Especially when used with texture mods! The result is a far more modern and more vibrant game. The simulated lighting is wonderful to look at and really makes each planet look and feel different. Dark areas are realistically dark, and bright areas are vibrantly bright! I myself can no longer play the game without the preset running due to just how good it allows the game to look. I feel it's time to share it with everyone here on the Nexus! I hope it brings you all as much joy as it does me.
Keyboard Shortcuts:
F12 Toggles the preset on and off.
F11 Toggles cinematic black bars on and off. (Great for screenshots)
F10 Toggles Godrays off and on. (Looks great in places but can also look very strange in others. It's off by default)
- Install Reshade Version 4.9.1 to Kotor, Make sure you have ticked Legacy standard effects, And ensure the contents of your 'reshade-shaders' folder looks like the image below:
- Extract the 'Fox_Preset.ini' from the archive, to your Kotor root directory (Where the swkotor.exe is)
- When In-game press the 'Home' key (Hm) and select 'Fox_Preset.ini' from the dropdown menu
- Enjoy!
