Recolor and emblem edit of the basic republic uniforms + carth's uniform,all upscaled too

the story was I couldn't stand the eye-piercing color scheme of the vanilla republic uniforms (looked like cheese when you let it sit in the open air for too long) so I recolored them, and added sith empire emblems for some class.
in the future, I'm planning to expand the edit to include other uniforms, and maybe even rearranging audio clips of VO to be more supportive of the sith

just drop the files into your override folder
