In the original game, the feats Power Blast and Sniper Shot were left without the ability to fully benefit from multiple attacks. They were hard limited to a maximum of 2 attacks each unlike rapid shot which was only capped at 5 attacks.
This 2da edit was one I original made for personal use a few years ago thanks to a now anonymous post on one of the old websites. Thank you for the insight.
The edit allows you to benefit from all your extra attacks.
Installation is extremely simple: drag and drop into your override folder.
Compatibility: I can't guarantee it won't override other changes made by any mods. Make sure your weapondischarge.2da is not being overwritten. Repeating Blaster Restoration Mod is currently only partially compatible. It overwrites the +2 attacks by master speed with its own +1 and once master speed or the lower rank runs out you need to re-equip or activate master speed again to only get the +1 attack.
Current issues: due to the way the game is executed, I had to increase the number of projectiles fired from blasters. The number of projectiles fired from your weapon determines the maximum number of attacks you can benefit from. To partially mitigate this, I changed some values to allow most of your shots to visually hit when you actually hit the target.
