This mod changes the penalty you normally get for not having a governor assigned to your province. Normally you get only 10% of the resources, with this mod you'll get 50%.

This mod changes the penalty you normally get for not having a governor assigned to your province. Normally you get only 10% of the resources, with this mod you'll get 50%.
How to install?
You can use my install script (easy) or install the mod manually, which is a bit of a hassle.
Installing with script
Only do this if you trust me or you can understand/read batch scripts! I've tried to comment as much as possible so it should be easy to see that I do not do anything harmful to your computer.
1. Rename 'install_mod_script.txt' to 'install_mod_script.bat'.
2. Execute 'install_mod_script.bat'.
Installing manually
1. Go to 'C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Saves\Mods'
2. Create a new folder called '50% Ungoverned Province Penalty'.
3. Go to the games installation folder in a second explorer/window.
4. Copy the 'Defs' folder from the game into the newly created folder (see step 2).
5. Now overwrite the 'Defs' folder by copying the 'Defs' folder from this folder into the same location.
6. Also, copy the 'base_checksum.txt' from this folder into the created mod folder (see step 2).
