Libre Office Version. Should Work with MS Office(no promises)
So i made this and it was pretty easy to just post to the site to help folks out so here you go. It is just a copy/paste from the wiki so it will contain the hyper-links if you don't know where the area is or if you have to complete a mission to unlick it. I did use Libre Office Calc to do this and dont know if there are any formatting between and the MS Office equivalent. if that is the case and you have the desire to fix it feel free to send me a fixed version and I'll post it with full shout outs or post yourself. also have a tutorial on how to highlight stuff so you can mark whet you do and don't have trained for those who need it. Again this is for Libre Office only.
