Re-wrote the mod without third-party libraries to avoid antivirus shenanigans.
This mod pretty much changes the chance to salvage parts to 100% for all items so you don't have to save-scum and thus making crafting a good experience.
It was only tested on version 1.0.0.2 of the game, but it might work on other versions as well. Instructions:
