This looks hard but its not. Take 1 step at a time and only have to do this only once for the whole game. Video on Site.

1) Install Hex editor called HxDSetup.
2) Locate your auto save file. :\Steam\userdata\52516470\102500\remote It will end in "save0" All auto and manual saves after modding auto save file will effect
all future saves you make.
3) Open HxD and drag the auto or manual save game file to HxD and it will open the save game file.
4) Click "Search" (Yellow Box in pic 1) and click "Find"
5) Enter "inventory_limit" click "Ok" (Pic 2)
6) In the pic 3 see where 46 00 00 is (Yellow Box). Change to 20 A1 07 in Pic 4 by highlighting each 2 digit numbers, then enter numbers like in video.
7) Save the game save file in HxD under file tab.
