Replace Final Mix recolors with the Vanilla version from Re Chain of Memories HD.

This mod replaces the silly colors of Final Mix with those of the Vanilla version (KH1 Non-Final Mix colors),
which come from Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories HD.
Some have been redone due to the UVs being different and/or not present in ReCoM.
The icons displayed in Jiminy's Journal were also replaced.
Also, a pretty recolor of the journal was included, recreating the KH1 journal version, made by ThePenitentTextures.
I know there is already a similar mod, but I wanted to make my version,
since it is something that I had been trying to do for a long time.

THE MOD WORKS ON THE STEAM VERSION AS WELL
PD: To all people who claims the mod leads to a black screen glitch, or crashes the game, or just doesn't work at all, just check properly what you did while patching. This mod has no bugs, glitches nor can break anything on the files, since only replaces the textures.
