A Simple Recolour of the Elemental Encoder with Red Accents and Blue Teeth.

Learning KH3 modding I have recolored the Elemental Encoder.
For now this is my first iteration. I may try and make variants and I probably will expand this mod to become an Elemental Encoder Recolour Collection once I get ideas for other colour patterns.
Install by placing into your Paks folder in your KH3 Directories.
