Modded RageForm Block with reduced endlag - replaces base form block and rage form block

Update: added another file which just modifies the block in actual rage form.
This currently only does a frontal block, will update once we figure out how to 360
The original Rage Form block had about 15 frames after the actual block without any guard frames and locked you in the animation, which can leave you really vulnerable. That's why I decided to reduce the endlag.
Drop in ~mods folder.
Does conflict with other block replacers (animations: 1281 1282 1283 1284, D279 D280)
