Just replace the movie in the game's files and it should run fine! The directory is "EpicLibrary\KH_3\KINGDOM HEARTS III\Content\Movies\en" or "EpicLibrary\KH_3\KINGDOM HEARTS III\Content\Movies\ja" depending on which language your game is set to.
