Lets you have a video for your title screen bg and loading screen

Video Title and Load Screens
Take 2 MP4s, name one TitleBG and the other LoadBG, put them in the Mov folder, pak that by dragging the VideoTitleLoadScreen folder on to unrealpak-with-compression.bat: http://modderbase.com/showthread.php?tid=834 and you'll have your mod file
If you want just the title screen, delete all the LoadingScreen files in Vids and the Content\UI\Scaleform\00_system folder
If you want just the loading screen, delete all the NewMediaPlayer and NewWidget files in Vids and the Content\UI\Scaleform\11_title folder
(Make sure not to delete NewBlueprint or anything else by mistake)
