If you want to have female battle quotes, I highly recommend Sai3rina's mod Female Battle Voice on Nexus. It uses KHPCPatcher.

Features
- Play as Kairi during gameplay! Only normal Kairi is available. Prologue, Drives and Lioness Kairi TBA.
- Use Kairi's keyblade, Destiny's Embrace! (Keyblade provided by Mikote111's Keyblade Generator)
- Sora's HUD has been replaced with an edited version of Kairi's KH2 Illustration.
- Sora's name has been replaced with Kairi's in most menus.
HOW TO INSTALL
Manual Install
- Download the MANUAL INSTALL file.
- Create a folder within you Open KH > Mods > kh2 folder named Ed3nEternal.
- Export ALL of the files within the zip archive into the Eden3ternal folder.
- Open OpenKH, click the checkbox next to the mod, then click Mod Loader and either Build Only or Build and Run
Automatic Install
- Open Open KH then click the green PLUS (+) icon.
- Type in Eden3ternal/Play-as-Kairi then click Install.
- Open KH will install the mod.
- Click on the checkbox next to the mod to enable the mod then click Mod Loader and either Build Only or Build and Run.
Known Issues:
- Kairi's hands are very large. Reasons for this are unknown.
- Kairi does NOT have a talking face for cutscenes. She will stare blankly until the proper texture is made.
- Some worlds use a different HUD sprite layout. These worlds currently have the visual glitch: Space Paranoids, Christmas Town.
To Do:
- Fix the HUD glitches in Space Paranoids and Christmas Town
- Create custom outfits for Halloween Town and Christmas Town based off of Sora's own outfits.
- Use the Kairi model for drive forms.
- Create a Lioness Kairi.
- Create custom outfits for all of the drive forms and the subsequent worlds' drive forms.
- Improve the weight painting.
