With all due respect, this reshade preset is terrible. The blue filter effect just dominates the screen and the only way to get around this is to change the RGB values to minimise the blue filter, but even then the colours look even more washed out.
Others have pointed out it could be the Windows blue filter but I haven't seen it before so I can't comment on that but there is definitely a filter of some kind ruining your Reshade preset. If you could rectify this then your mod would be a lot better.
In dark areas, yes. But for me it is more prominent in the daylight hours of the game.
Imagine playing Fallout: New Vegas again and you will notice the orange filter in the exterior realm and in some interior realms immediately. This is/was something that had been designed to give the game a desolate, sandy "vibe" or "feel", whereas your Reshade preset just "washes out" almost all of the saturation and colours. I attempted to find a sweet-spot for colours but I gave up in the end.
Something has to be done about the blue filter/tint dude.
Do you have the Windows blue filter thing set up on your system, because that might be the issue. I don't use the blue filter and your "reshade" looks incredibly washed out and very blue on my high end monitor that I use for work stuff (graphic arts and photo editing) and even worse on my gaming monitor.
The vanilla game has very nice rich saturated colors that look much more realistic than your reshade, imo.
no, there is not. If there were a blue tint filter, than you would notice it on competely dark areas, i testet it on multiple devices and asked other people if they see any such tint and no one confirmed there is a blue tint overlapping the image. You can reduce in game's gamma to test it yourself
I opened images and then went wow it looks good, and then I saw the next one with reshade on.... Brother dev, just do the same adjustment in ur monitor settings, or if you don't have those u can do it in Invidia control panel.
