Permissions and credits

How to install it
Unpack the files into your KCD II main folder,
and start the game via the "Optimised Custom Config.cfg.bat" <-Always
What does it do?

Adds slow motion/bullet time to the game.
-Key 6 Bullettime on
-Key 7 Bullettime off

Adds a subtle chromatic aberration effect to the game

Adds an in-engine sharpening filter to the game
(if it is too strong for you you can weaken it in the config)

SunShafts quality optimizations
(you can also deactivate the SunShafts completely,
simply set r_SunShafts = 2 to r_SunShafts = 0)

HDR optimizations (quality)

HDR Eye Adaption optimization (speed/strength/radius)

SSDO optimizations (strength/radius/resolution)

Post processing optimizations

Depth 0f Field optimizations

Deactivates the game's vignette

Deactivates the game's bloom if desired
(simply set r_HDRBloom = 1 to r_HDRBloom = 0 in the config)

MotionBlur optimizations (threshold/shutter speed and so on)

Contains a Rain optimization section that you can configure yourself

Contains a SVOTI optimization section that you can configure yourself

I will continue to optimize and improve the config
step by step

Help with motion blur if you want to optimize it yourself
What is motion blur?

Motion blur is a long exposure photography technique that lets you convey the feeling of movemen
or action in a still image. “It gives us the ability to see things in a way that we can’t on our own.
Whereas some action shots freeze a moving subject with fast shutter speeds,
motion blur uses slow shutter speeds for long exposure photos that blur the point of movement.
Whether you want to create a sense of speed with taillights streaking down a highway at night
or capture the abstract look of people crossing a busy intersection, motion blur lets you see a scene
in a way that lets you express a new perspective on reality.

If you want a shutter speed of 1/2, change the entry "r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed = 60" to "r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed = 2"
in the config. If you want a slightly faster shutter speed such as 1/125 or 1/250 so that you don't throw up your breakfast,
select "r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed = 125" or "r_MotionBlurShutterSpeed = 250". Just play around a bit.

If you want to change the config, first test the settings
in the game with the console.
If you like it, enter the values in the config.
