Adds the KEKW meme as a kite shield decal using the new shield customisation system.

Just a simple mod that adds a new decal to the 1.3 shield painting system for the kite shield.
Manual Installation:
1. Unzip the archive into mods folder. (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods)
2. If Mods does't exist, create the folder.
3. Done.
Simply go to the painter and ask him to customise your kite shield, under category you go into the "Modded" option to see the KEKW decal.
